  • We are not responsible for future website management beyond the agreed design phase.

• Warranty & Support

  • A 6-month warranty is included for bug fixes and minor adjustments.
  • Any major design changes or additional features after completion will be charged separately.

Domain & Hosting

• • Free domain and hosting are provided for the first year.
  • From the second year onward, the client is responsible for renewal fees.
  • We are not responsible if the website is lost or goes offline due to non-payment of hosting or domain fees.

Client-Induced Issues

• • We are not responsible if the website gets misaligned or the design is affected due to changes made by the client.
  • Fixing such issues will incur additional charges.

Third-Party Plugins & Updates

• • If the website uses third-party plugins, themes, or integrations, we are not responsible for future compatibility issues after updates.
  • Clients must ensure their plugins and software are up to date or purchase extended support if needed.

Security & Data Protection

• • We ensure basic security measures are in place at the time of delivery.
  • We are not responsible for hacking, malware, or data breaches after the website is handed over. Clients are encouraged to maintain security updates and backups.

Backups & Recovery

• • Clients are responsible for backing up their website data.
  • Restoration or recovery services (if needed) will be charged separately.
